Is parking paid, and are there charging stations?
Parking at our shopping center is free for the first 3 hours. Parking fees are collected without waiting in line through the HGS.
If you wish, you can use our paid valet service. For our guests with electric vehicles, AC and DC charging stations are available on parking level B1, and a paid car wash service is available for vehicle care.

Can I bring my pet to Istanbul Shopping Center?
We offer a pet stroller service for our paw friends. Pets may only enter our shopping mall if carried in a pet carrier or a pet stroller. Pet strollers are available at our information desk.
For the safety and comfort of all our visitors, the following dog breeds are not permitted in our shopping mall: American Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, American Staffordshire Terrier and American Bully. These breeds are listed as dangerous animals in the Circular of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry dated 7 December 2021.
